1. How to order curtain rods?
A: In one word, you purchase the curtain poles and rings, the other necessary accessories(such as brackets, finials and end caps) are included. You just need to set the pole length and how many rings per meter.
2. How to order curtain tracks?
A: In one word, you purchase the curtain track, the other necessary accessories(such as brackets, rollers and end caps) are included. You just need to set the track length and how to install the curtain tracks.
3. Can I sort by length of poles or tracks?
A: Our curtain rod is customized to your preferred length, the price will be updated automatically when you specify rod length in Length field. So you can't sort by poles or tracks length.
4. For bendable track, do you ship the tracks which is already bending? Is the length total length?
A: The already bending tracks are inconvenient to ship them. If you order a bendable track, the length is total length.
For example, if you have a bay window, the three side sizes are 100cm, 200cm and 120cm. You should input "420"(420cm) in the Length field. And the bendable track is easy to bend with your knees.
5. Does the length of the rod include the finials?
A: For curtain rods, the "Length" Field is for the pole only, not including the length of the finials. We will provide corresponding finials and brackets without extra charge.
For curtain tracks, the "Length" Field is the full length, the size of each end cap is negligible.
6. Does it shorten curtain rod when I put the finials on?
A: Yes, it will shorten about 2cm for each finial. That means each curtain rod will shorten about 4cm when the finials put on. So do end caps.
7. What is the unit of Length field?
A: Measurement unit of Length is centimeter(cm).
8. Curtain rods and tracks longer than 230cm are cut into 2 halves. Will they work? How can I join these halves?
A:Rods and tracks longer than 230cm need to be cut into 2 halves, otherwise, our express courier partners (Fedex, DHL) would charge a costly extra fee. Additionally, rods longer than 230cm in one length are more likely to be damaged during transit.
We will provide extra middle bracket and connector to join rod halves. The connector is inserted into the rod, therefore is not visible. Joined rod will look just as nice as rod in one length and will also work very well. So do the tracks. Tracks without the connectors.
9. Are the rods and tracks extendable?
A: All of our curtain rods and tracks are NOT extendable. The curtain rods and tracks are customized to your preferred length.
10. How many brackets will be supplied?
A: For curtain rods, when the length is below 230cm, we offer 2 brackets for each curtain pole. When the length is beyond 230cm, we offer 3 brackets and 1 connector for each curtain pole.
For curtain tracks, we offer a bracket every meter. when the length is below 100cm, we offer 2 brackets for each curtain track.
11. Screws and plugs for free! Why not always tick the option?
A: The screws and the plugs we provide for free are suitable for walls or ceilings made of stone, concrete or brick materials. They are not suitable for plaster walls or ceilings. The number of the screws and the plugs we provide will coincide with the the brackets. If you need these screws and plugs, please tick the option.
12. How to set up curtain tracks?
A: It's very easy, please refer to the attachment How to set up curtain tracks.
13. How to bend bendable track?
You can bent the track by your hand, it's easy to bend.
14. The color of rod accessories look a little different from that of the rod, why?
A: The subtle color difference is the result of different surface treatments between the rod and rod accessories (including brackets, finials and rings). Different surface treatment (electroplating, electrophoresis, and spray paint) may affect the color slightly. However, please be assured that the possible slight color difference between the rod and the accessories can hardly be visible, and they will function quite well.
15. I received damaged curtain rod or tracks. What should I do?
A: Don't worry. We will resend the new ones to you ASAP. But there are also some things we will need your confirm and cooperation.
Ask for claim number. Please refer to the following instructions to complete.
- Take photo before open the package
- Contact the carrier with the damaged goods while you may probably need provide the tracking number to them
- The carrier will come to you to verify the damage, and they will report this to their system
- They will give you a Claim Number (or any sort of proven that they have recorded the damage) which you could send to us
- We will use the Claim Number to the courier company claims.
Declare clear damaged. After ask for claim number, please also send us the photos for our reference and recording. Then email us how many products are damaged and which are they. We will arrange the resend ASAP.
