How to Order Custom Curtains

Color

Select the color you like, the image will change automatically.

Heading

We have 12 curtain heading styles. Select the heading you like, the image will change automatically if we have the heading picture. Or not sure what Heading is? Please refer to What does different heading looks like.

Width

This is the width of area you want to cover, normally bigger than your window. Please be sure to check out How to Measure first.

Note: Measurement unit of Width is centimeter (cm).

Drop

This is the height of area you want to cover. Please be sure to check out How to Measure first.

Note: Measurement unit of Drop is centimeter (cm).

Fullness

Fullness is the word to describe the density of fold (pleat, or gathering) of curtains being hung up. It is the result of the total width of flat curtain panels divided by the width of area you'd like to cover (normally is the width of curtain rod or track).

Note:Valid values are 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3. 1 means flat, 2 is normal, 3 is best.

Opening

How many curtains do you want to cover the window? Center - You will receive 2 curtain panels, each with is Width * fullness/2. One Way - You will receive 1 curtain panel with a width of Width * fullness.

Note: The width is before gathering and you will receive the gathered curtains if you select pleat heading.

Lining and Blockout Backing

Lining or Blockout backing are ways to add draping, keep warmth, reduce sunlight and noise, and protect the curtain from fading. Please refer to Curtain Lining and Backing.

An example may help our explanations, so you have see the picture on the left. You options are:

1. Color: Magic mint
2. Heading: Double Pinch Pleat
3. Width: 140 cm
4. Drop: 213 cm
5. Fullness: 2
6. Opening: Center
7. Lining: 100% Cotton Lining
8. Blockout Backing: Fabric Blackout Backing

That means you selected use "2 times"(Fullness) "Magic mint"(Color)  fabric made "Double Pinch Pleat"(Heading) curtains with "100% Cotton Lining"(Lining) and "Fabric Blackout Blockout Backing"(Blockout Backing). The window is "140cm" width(Width) and "213cm" drop(Drop).

You will receive 2 curtain panels("Center Opening"). Each curtain panel size is "140cm" width and "213cm" drop before gathering. After gathered, each curtain panel size is 70cm width and 213cm drop.

The fullness required for each heading style is listed as follows:

1. Rod Pocket：2 times fabric is the suggested fullness.
2. Pencil Pleat：3 times fabric is the suggested fullness.
3. Versatile Pleat：2 times fabric is the default fullness.
4. Tab Top：2 times fabric is the suggested fullness.
5. Concealed Tab Top：2 times fabric is the suggested fullness.
6. Double Box Pleat：2.5 times fabric is the default fullness.
7. Triple Box Pleat：3 times fabric is the default fullness.
8. Single Pinch Pleat：2 times fabric is the default fullness.
9. Double Pinch Pleat：2 times fabric is the default fullness.
10. Triple Pinch Pleat：2.5 times fabric is the default fullness.
11. Eyelet：2 times fabric is the suggested fullness.
12. Goblet Pleat：2 times fabric is the default fullness.
