Return and Exchange
For defective goods, if the goods are in any way defective or not produced in accordance with your order specification, we take all the responsibility.
- Please inform us by email within one week from the day on which you receive the goods.
- We need you take photos at first timing and send to us for our reference and recording.
- Once we confirm the defective goods, you will get free re-made or full refund whichever we consider to be most appropriate.
For good merchandise, you purchased wrong size or doesn't match your living room/bedroom etc, please follow the terms below.
- Customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email sales@curtains4australia.com within one week since you sign for your goods.
- For exchange cases, clients won't be charged any re-stocking fee, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For return cases, clients will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee of your goods amount. Meanwhile, clients may have to bear the shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the goods.
- Once we receive the return, the refund will be refunded to your payment account.
- Custom order products are non-returnable.
We don't provide money back guarantee for our products so please order samples first if you are hesitate about the color or quality.
Note: dimensional tolerance
Because most curtain fabric is flexible, within 2cm size error for curtains is not defined as unqualified. Similarly, within 0.5cm size error for curtain rods also is not defined as unqualified.
Note: color errors
All product pictures on Curtains4Australia are actual product shoots taken by professional photographers and all color names are generated according to Pantone TPX color system and Wikipedia color system.
We are trying our best to properly represent the right color, but there will always be color errors. So for people who are critical and sensitive about colors, please order fabric sample first.
We don't accept return of products for color errors and thus there will be no refund for complaints about color errors. Thank you very much for your understanding.
