Please note that "we, us, ours, our" stand for the site Curtains4Australia, and "you, your, yours" stand for the visitor or the customer of the site Curtains4Australia. Description of goods

Shrinkage: Most curtain fabrics are liable to shrinkage, our curtain fabrics are not exception in terms of shrinkage. Generally, within 2cm~3cm shrinkage after wash is not deemed as unqualified.

Color: Our professional photographers are trying their best to represent you the most accurate color of our products. We take photos with super high definition cameras, and use Pantone TPX color system and Wikipedia color system as a reference of the color.

Yet if you are not quite sure about how the fabrics will look and feel, or you are not sure about the firmness of the curtain rods or tracks, we strongly suggest you to order the samples first to avoid potential misunderstanding.

Measurement: Our materials are cut to your specified measurement manually. So 100 percent precision can not always be guaranteed. For curtains, within 2cm size error for the drop is not deemed as unqualified. Similarly, 0.5cm size error for the rods and tracks is not considered as defective.

Method of Payment

We have PayPal as our payment processing partner, which ensures the safety of transaction for you and us. You can use either the balance of your Paypal account or your credit card to finish payment.

Currently, we do not accept direct credit card transfer of account.

Delivery and Return Policy

Please refer to our Delivery and Return policy statement.

If we find you may have placed the wrong order, or the commodities you want is out of stock, we will contact you either by emails or phone calls to confirm. We will contact you within 24 hours, and we will not dispatch the order until we have got your confirmation.

Registration

You do not need to register before you place an order. Yet, we suggest you to register for the convenience of your next shopping from us.

Modifications or Cancellation of Orders

If you find you did not place the right order, you can email us about the change or cancellation of your order, and you should email us within 24 hours. We will either change or cancel your order with a full refund to your account as you requested.

Beyond 24 hours, if you want to cancel the order, please check with us. If the products have been cut down to your requested measurement, the order will not be subject to cancellation.

Product Guarantee

Both the curtains and the curtain rods & tracks are of good quality. Our period of warranty for the curtains (both the ready made curtains and the custom made curtains) is 2 years.

For the curtain rods & curtain tracks, our period of warranty is 10 years.

Privacy

Curtains4Australia is bound by the National Privacy Principle ("Principles") included in the Commonwealth Privacy Act(1988), and we will only collect and use the personal information according to the principles. For more detailed information, please refer to our privacy policy.

Security

Curtains4Australia understands that security is a big concern when you buy online. So we have deployed SSL technology on our website to ensure your data safety. And we are using PayPal to process all transactions so we won't store any of your financial information. Your personal information (like your name and email address) will under no circumstances be shared to a third party unless we have got your consent.
